Mich Faulkner: Chairman/CEO
Mich received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications with a focus in Public Relations, Special Events, Journalism, Broadcasting and Marketing from Barton College in Wilson, North Carolina in May of 2001. Mich played on a golf scholarship at Barton College. During Mich's senior year at Barton College, Mich interned for the summer at the talk show Sally Jessy Raphael in New York City. Mich also interned at WRAL TV 5 in Raleigh, North Carolina. After graduating from Barton College Mich moved to New York City where he began his career as a Casting Director for the hit WB dating show "Change of Heart". During his time at Change of Heart, Mich also was the Director of Nightlife for Arista Records. In late 2001 Mich founded 123Talent, Inc where he met Rome Dollaz aka Romeo from tha Lost Boyz Family (LBF). Mich has been and continues to be RomeDollarz aka Romeo from the LBF personal manager since 2001. Rome not only is a client of Mich's but he also sits as the Vice President for Entertainment and New Member Development for 123Talent Inc. Rome and Mich have attended some of the biggest events in the world that included the Grammy's, Emmy's, MTV Music Awards, Fashion Week, VH1 Fashion Awards, Concerts to name a few. They continue to attend many events yearly.
When Change of Heart was cancelled Mich then was transferred over to NBC's talk show the Caroline Rhea Show where he did audience. During his stint at NBC Mich began managing, consulting, and doing publicity for several celebrity talents. After the Caroline Rhea Show cancelled, Mich moved over to CBS Television where he was Associate Director of Audience Coordination, Account Executive for Viacom Services and lastly Production Manager for CBS Television with a focus looking over Inside Edition, BET's 106 & Park, Nick TV, CBS Sunday Morning and Guiding Light. In 2006 Mich also became a celebrity agent for Nene Musik Talent Agency. Mich has run numerous night clubs doing VIP and public relations. In 2009 Mich relocated back to North Carolina. Mich is the former publicist of Music Superstars Kevin Lyttle and Lucas Prata, former personal manager of Samantha Cole, former publicist of America's Most Decorative Gymnast, Shannon Miller. In 2010 Mich parted ways with Nene Musik Talent Agency to focus on 123Talent, Inc. Not only is Mich very knowledgeable in the entertainment business but he is also a certified personal trainer and professional women's gymnastics coach. When he is not representing a client or bringing in a new talent, he is doing training sessions in the gym. Mich continues to receive loads of respect in the entertainment business with his knowledge of being a manager and publicist for celebrities.
